Platinum is bought in the game from Dealers and Traders for real money.
It is not a Dealers or Traders job to trade platinum for gold.

Be aware that if you purchase platinum, or trade gold for it, from an ordinary player there is a platinum transfer fee.

To find a Dealer or Trader open your player's list. The dealers will be at the top of the list with "Dealer" next to their name. The Traders will be mixed in with the regular players and will have "Trader" next to their name.

Platinum is purchased with United States Dollars using Paypal. When you use Paypal it does not matter what currency is in your Paypal account, or is in your bank account, if you send the money as US Dollars then Paypal will automatically convert the curency for you.

The Fee:
The fee for platinum is $0.20 each. This means that for $1.00 you will get 5 platinum. There is also a small charge for using Paypal

First of all to buy platinum using Paypal you must have a Paypal account.

To buy platinum send the money for the platinum, plus the money for the Paypal fee, to gamedsw@gmail.com with your name and the name of the Dealer or Trader that you wish to buy from in the subject line.

If you are unsure about how to calculate the additional fee - ask the Dealer/Trader.

After you have paid for the platinum, the Dealer or Trader must wait for a confirmation email. Once they have received this email, which usually only takes a few minutes, they will meet you at a bank in the game and trade the platinum to you. There is no transfer fee to receive platinum from a Dealer or Trader. Also the dealer can transfer platinum on your bank account, not meeting with you in game.

Paypal allows you to make a payment with a credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account.
